Hroshitop Industry (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd is affiliated to Shenzhen Hroshi Precision Industry Co., Ltd, as a precise machining part development, design, manufacturing with Seiko technology, and sub-assembly service provider for global famous equipment brand manufacturers like SIEMENS, FUJI XEROX, Omron, YAMAICHI ELECTRONICS, MINDRAY, BYD, HANS LASER, Sinbe, China Resources, DIRUI, Autobio, MACCURA, EVOC GROUP... since its establishment in 2004, our products are widely used in various medical inspection and diagnostic equipment, as well as electronic equipment, communication equipment, semiconductor equipment, intelligent equipment, testing instrument and equipment.
We have more than 600 sets of advanced CNC precision equipments imported from Japan, Switzerland and Taiwan, including CNC machining centers, CNC gantry machining centers, 4-axis& 5-axis CNC machines, CNC turning & milling machining centers, CNC lathes, EDMs, as well as CMM, Imaging instruments, 2D height gauges, and other high-precision testing instruments and equipments for providing one-stop high-precision manufacturing solutions to customers from product development, design, rapid NPI, mechatronics assembly to systematic module testing with our perfect pre-sales & post-sales technical support.
Up to now, we have 9 senior industry mechanical and electrical engineers, over 30 quality control professionals, 200+ production technicians, and more than 30 principal technicians engaged in precision machining industry for over 10 years. We obtained TUV ISO13485 and ISO9001 certification. According to the quality system requirement, we strictly control development, incoming material, manufacturing process and out-going inspection, also can provide PFMEA and 8D analysis reports to customers upon request.
